Erika Typewriter Case Bumpers (Early Model)

€22.00

Just like old typewriter feet, the bumpers in Erika cases from the '30s and '40s can turn very hard, or may be missing completely. These bumpers are very important to keep the machine protected. If the feet are worn, the machine can come loose from the base. And with no, or hard bumpers, the paint on the Typewriter can be damaged badly (see photos for an example. Left side bumper was missing, and right side was very hard).

This set consists of:

-2 press-fit Bumpers

Make sure that you get the right bumpers for your machine. These are for the earlier models with exposed spools. The '40s model with covered spools uses a slightly different model.

Please note: I sell only the rubber parts. Any existing mounting hardware should be used again.
